REACH Regulation Information for our Customers The REACH Regulation was enforced on 1st June 2007. REACH means Registration, Evaluation And Authorization of CHemicals and is aimed to improve the protection of humans and the environment against unwanted properties of chemicals. For this reason, i. e. chemical elements and their natural or artificially produced combinations, which are manufactured or distributed in Europe of more than 1 ton per year are to be registered with some exceptions. This registration is the duty of the producer resp. distributor. For us, as so called downstream users, no registration necessity exists, as we do not produce materials, which are covered by REACH. We, of course, are in constant connection with our suppliers to jointly check, whether all necessary requirements of our products have been considered for the registration by our suppliers. According to the information received from our suppliers, the delivered materials are solely products, which have been registered.
